“Why am I not getting results from my flexibility training?”

Hello range-seeker! If you’re reading this, chances are you’ve asked yourself this at some point.
This is the same question I posed to myself while in circus school. The advice I was receiving at the time was to stretch more and, if that didn’t work, to stretch even more. Unlike strength & conditioning or sports performance methods, in this flexibility coaching there was no logical structure, no real assessment system, or progression models.
So I began to apply my personal training and performance knowledge to range of motion development.
Through extensive study, practical application, and teaching experience I formalized the Modern Methods of Mobility – a concise and direct path to developing all aspects of flexibility while synergistically enhancing strength and body control.
Most importantly, these methods apply in all cases – from those who can’t yet touch their toes to contortionists touching their toes…to their head.
So we believe the answer to this question lies within the M3 system, it’s likely a method you haven’t tried yet.

Train a different range every day
Each day will pull content from a different M3 flexibility program, so throughout the next week you’ll end up mobilizing your entire body with new and novel methods.
Video and Written Theory
Each day we provide either a video to watch, or a quick 5-10 minute written theory section to provide you with the theoretical foundations you’ll need to execute our methods with correct form and intent.
Daily Training Routines
While the academic knowledge can be insightful on it’s own, you’ll gain even more out of experiencing the methods in your body. So each day comes with a 15-30 minute training session that introduces you to our methods and novel range of motion development exercises.

Whether it’s your first time stretching or you are pushing the physical limits of your range of motion – the exercises in the M3 Discovery Week will scale and appropriately challenge you.
What Makes M3 Different?
The M3 System avoids the dogma of other training methods by taking bigger picture view of flexibility development and reconciling all the conflicting information about correct flexibility training. It focuses on finding what works for the person doing the training versus having a one size fits all approach.
