What’s the M3 Membership like?

Think of the M3 membership as a virtual on-demand flexibility class. You’ll pick your ‘subject’ (such as front splits), submit an assessment to determine your level, have weekly assignments to complete, and receive timely feedback from our M3 coaches.

What You Get

Shortly after signing up, you’ll gain access to the TrueCoach app where you’ll be able to upload videos for feedback and message our seasoned M3 Online coaches with any questions you have about your program!   After filming your assigned benchmarks, you’ll be given a program within the TrueCoach app complete with video tutorials for each exercise.

How to Join the M3 Membership

The M3 Membership is billed on a monthly subscription basis that you can cancel anytime. During your training, you will get progressive flexibility programming, have the ability to log your training and upload videos for ongoing form checks, as well as ask our coaches any questions regarding your flexibility training. How is this different than the M3 Online Programs?2023-06-20T12:24:21+01:00

The M3 Online Programs are one-time purchase, standalone programs you can train at your own pace, and are written to comprehensively cover all ability levels. This means there is content that might be both too rudimentary as well as too advanced for your current abilities, and it is up to you to determine (using our self-assessment) to benchmark and track your own process through the programs.

The M3 Online Membership borrows video tutorials and programming from both the M3 Online Programs and M3 Online Coaching – but comes with the added benefit of a coach who will review your benchmarks, provide feedback on your exercise footage, and answer any questions you have.  In addition to this accountability, your M3 coach will provide you with only the programming appropriate to your level – simplifying the process of training the Modern Methods of Mobility.

How is this different that M3 Online Coaching?2023-06-20T12:19:07+01:00

M3 Online Coaching provides bespoke programming – allowing you to train multiple ranges of motion at once (ex: bridge and splits).  It is also customized to fit with your available equipment and training schedule.  The customized nature of this programming means the monthly subscription is more expensive, there is limited availability, and if you’re interested you need to fill out a form and apply.

The M3 Online Membership is a more budget-friendly option perfect for those who want to train to a specific flexibility goal.  We’ve lowered the price by limiting members to focusing on this one goal, and ask that you be available to train 2-3 days a week at minimum to follow the programming.  There are also some small equipment requirements to follow the programming within the Membership.

Both subscriptions use the TrueCoach app to provide programming, video tutorials, and direct correspondence and feedback from M3 coaches.

Our programs do make use of light dumbbells, dowels, exercise bands, and other equipment that is generally found in most gyms.  Open floorspace, slick floor/sliders, and soft ground/mats are also needed.  If you are training at home there are suggested modifications for exercises that use weightlifting equipment.
