M3 Online Coaching provides bespoke programming – allowing you to train multiple ranges of motion at once (ex: bridge and splits). It is also customized to fit with your available equipment and training schedule. The customized nature of this programming means the monthly subscription is more expensive, there is limited availability, and if you’re interested you need to fill out a form and apply.
The M3 Online Membership is a more budget-friendly option perfect for those who want to train to a specific flexibility goal. We’ve lowered the price by limiting members to focusing on this one goal, and ask that you be available to train 2-3 days a week at minimum to follow the programming. There are also some small equipment requirements to follow the programming within the Membership.
Both subscriptions use the TrueCoach app to provide programming, video tutorials, and direct correspondence and feedback from M3 coaches.
