What You Get with M3 Online
In our online coaching takes a results-oriented approach to provide you with the correct methods and steps to unlock your flexibility potential. Through our assessment, programming, and feedback system we find the type of flexibility training that will give results for your body type, training schedule, and personal goals.
Online Coaching App
We use TrueCoach to provide you with a top-tier personal training application available on both smartphones and your computer. Through the app you can communicate directly with our coaches and upload training footage for review.
You will receive a program from the M3 system customised for your current level of flexibility and your goals, aiming to work on developing your current range of motion and working on weak points. We will also provide information on how to combine the program with your current activities or training.
You will receive continuous feedback on the performance of the exercises as well as adjustments based on how you are progressing. Our team of coaches will also be available for any training questions that arise.

How to Join M3 Online Coaching
The M3 online flexibility coaching is billed on a monthly subscription basis. During your training, you will get progressive flexibility programming, have the ability to log your training and upload videos for ongoing form checks, as well as ask our coaches any questions regarding your flexibility training.
In order to ensure we can most effectively achieve your goals, we first want to speak to you about them and learn about your training history. Here’s how to apply for M3 Online Coaching:

Upon acceptance to M3 Online, we’ll send you a sign up link where you subscribe to your M3 Online Membership.
Upon receiving confirmation of your subscription, we will send you a separate email inviting you to the M3 Online platform where you’ll gain access to your flexibility programming and begin your training with us!
About M3 Online Coaching
M3 Online coaching covers what we consider the main base flexibility positions, front splits, side splits, pancake, pike and bridge aiming to increase both total range of motion as well as strength and control of those ranges. It doesn’t matter whether you are looking to learn to touch your toes or are aiming to work on advanced oversplits, we will be happy to work with you towards your goals.
In the online coaching we will work directly on developing your range of motion, aiming to provide a program that works with your current training. We work to understand your personal flexibility type and find the correct methods that work for you. The programs will cover assessment, feedback on form and re-assessment.
The coaching is based on the basic parameters of flexibility training used in the Modern Methods of Mobility syllabus, and the M3 online coaching represents the aspect of direct application of these principles in training. To learn more about the M3 System, you can browse our articles here.

Emmet Louis is the founder of the Modern Methods of Mobility system, as well as co-owner of Motion Impulse, the producing company behind the brand. After years of research and experimentation, and using the system with his students and clients, Emmet has now formalised the M3 system in a way that makes it applicable to anyone wanting to achieve extraordinary flexibility, and to those that want to use these methods with their own clients. He acts as head coach for the M3 online coaching, and develops and writes all M3 online programs. He also continues to teach the Modern Methods of Mobility seminars internationally.
Isaac is the first certified M3 coach, having undergone an internship with Emmet Louis in coaching and specifically the Modern Methods of Mobility system. He works as Emmets right hand in all things coaching, and looks after the M3 focussed online coaching. Isaac also assists in the Modern Methods of Mobility weekend seminars.
Nick started working for M3 during his time at the Circus University of Codarts, which he recently graduated. Whilst performing was always fun for him it quite naturally became clear that he wanted to use his time to become an experienced and knowledgable coach for strength, flexibility, and acrobatics. After having spent the last four years developing his personal skills as an Acrobat in circus school he is very happy to be now shifting focus to helping others get the most out of their training.
After studying with Emmet for about one and a half years he was asked if he wanted to join the Modern Methods of Mobility team, and since then he has been working as an Assistant Coach. This includes coaching some of the online clients as well as modeling for programs and assisting at the M3 Seminars. He has a background in parkour/movement and strength training, which he has been teaching for almost 10 years and still practices regularly along with handbalancing and acrobatics.
Cherie is currently based in Brisbane, Australia. She first met Emmet and Elise in 2016 when traveling around Europe, eventually settling in Berlin for several months and doing some work for Motion Impulse. She is excited to have now re-joined the team, this time as an assistant coach for the M3 team. Cherie’s background is in pole dancing which she has been doing since 2010. What started out as a curiosity soon became a passion which has led her to fall in love with other types of dance, especially ballet & contemporary which she has been training in. She doesn’t mind a good handstand too and has been dabbling in this on and off for a few years now.
